Services
The Senior Center has many services to serve you
Transportation

Are you no longer able to drive or just don't want the hassle of driving? The Senior Center offers transportation between the city of St. Joseph, St. Joseph Township, Lincoln Township and parts of Royalton Township during our daily hours of operation. Just call the Center or sign up at the front desk 3 business days ahead of your appointment, and we'll add you to the transportation schedule for the day you request. We provide round-trip rides to just about anywhere you need to go--to the doctor's, for a hair appointment, to the grocery store or to the Senior Center-- the list is endless. We will call you the day before your appointment to let you know what time we will be picking you up. On the day of your appointment, one of our friendly drivers will drive up to your residence in either one of our two 12-passenger buses or our mini van. We are proud to say that all of our drivers are volunteers and will be happy to lend you an elbow if you need courtesy assistance. If you need more than minimal assistance, you will need to be accompanied by a companion or helper who is capable of and is totally responsible for providing such assistance. While there is no set charge for rides, donations are always gratefully accepted and allow us to continue this service for you. Don't let your inability to drive keep you house bound; give us a call and get back into life!
