Our Nurse, Mary Ann Kuehl (pronounced keel) is here as a health and wellness resource. Her hours are generally Monday-Friday 9am to 1pm. She has been a nurse for 33 years and has worked in numerous fields including family practice, internal medicine and dermatology. Feel free to stop-in or call any time.

Useful tips for Seniors
Prevent Falls--Loss of balance is sometimes a sign of a medical issue like seasonal flu or pneumonia, so get your vaccine. Slow down--when you rush, you can end up losing your balance. Being a little late is better than falling. Do not text or talk on your cell phone when walking, concentrate on walking.
