This fun upbeat class is a total body low impact "Cardio" workout geared toward the ACTIVE senior. This class blends easy to follow aerobic training and muscle toning exercises using an interval training concept, incorporating bands, balls, and weights. The objective is to increase stamina, muscular strength, and joint range of motion through gentle progressive movements, therefore promoting improved quality of life.
CARDIO FITNESS DRUMMING

This exercise combines movement with the powerful beats & rhythms of "cardio" drumming, for an amazing brain and total body workout. For men & women. Step out of your comfort zone and enter a new dimension of fitness. No special equipment, just good shoes. AND NEWLY ADDED--Seated Drumming: Just like above but from a seated position, 1:15 pm Mondays.

If you are looking for a low-impact, relaxing form of exercise, this class is for you. Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art in the sense that it focuses on mental and spiritual aspects integrated into movement. This meditative form of exercise consists of a series of movements and poses. AND NEWLY ADDED--Seated Beginning Tai Chi: All the benefits of standing Tai Chi but from a seated position,12:00 pm Wednesdays.
No special equipment except good pair of shoes!
Learn the basics of complete breathing, stretches (asanas), relaxation and meditation all from a seated position. Stretch and strengthen major muscles, increase range of motion at the joints and ease back pain too.
